McLaughlin Family Foundation - Vision: Break the cycle of lost potential in disadvantaged families in Central Oklahoma.
Led by superintendent Robert Neu, OKCPS is the state's largest public school district, serving a very diverse and growing student population. With more than 46,000 students in their care, OKCPS administrators, staff and faculty need our help to give every child the opportunities they deserve to enjoy athletics or any other extracurricular activity. There's only so much the school district can do. They need committed partners and an army of community supporters to help fill in the gaps. Thank you for your support!
Led by district athletic director Keith Sinor, OKCPS Athletics oversees all secondary school athletics (grades 7-12) for the state's largest school district. Working with 265 coaches and hundreds of teams across 15 middle and high schools, Keith and his team are on a mission to grow student participation in sports, believing sports can be a motivator to get kids to school, care about their attendance and grades, and improve their overall performance. We believe if they play, they stay and if they stay, they graduate. Fields & Futures was created in 2012 to support OKCPS Athletics in this mission by rebuilding athletic fields, providing professional development for coaches and doing everything possible to help provide the resources they need to give student-athletes the best school experience possible. Thank you for your support!
Cal Ripken, Sr. Foundation - Mission: The Cal Ripken, Sr. Foundation helps to build character and teach critical life lessons to at-risk young people living in America’s most distressed communities.
The mission of the Oklahoma City Community Foundation, a nonprofit public charity, is to serve the charitable purposes of its donors and the charitable needs of the Oklahoma City area through the development and administration of endowment and other charitable funds with the goal of preserving capital and enhancing value.
When Liz and Tim McLaughlin decided in 2012 to help OKCPS Athletics rebuild 44 athletic fields, they looked no further than Cimarron Construction. Owned by brothers Tommy and Donny Noble, Cimarron not only has the experience and expertise needed to get the job done, they also understand the power of sports in a child's life. It is not unusual to drive by a Fields & Futures project site and see Tommy on a bulldozer moving dirt, talking to contractors or talking to a coach about field maintenance!
As one of OKC's most prominent corporate citizens and a company known for its quiet, generous support of education and at-risk youth, SandRidge Energy will play a key role in supporting OKCPS coaches in their mission to build young men and women of strong character and help improve overall student performance through involvement in sports.
Beginning with their 2015 season, the OKC Energy FC will play all home games at the newly renovated Taft Stadium, a proud icon of Oklahoma City Public Schools. The best part? $2 of every soccer ticket will be donated to Fields & Futures, to support the rebuilding of 44 athletic fields and help provide professional development and improved resources to the district's 265 coaches. Energy FC provides a high profile marketing platform for Fields & Futures to share its story with a broad audience of sports and soccer enthusiasts, families and community partners. Thank you, Energy FC!

There's a reason so many people love working with Tyler Media properties. Family owned and operated since 1965, Tyler Media serves the needs of both consumers and advertisers through their broad base of media properties in Oklahoma and they do it with a great heart for serving others. When Fields & Futures approached Ty Tyler and his management team about the mission of Oklahoma City Public Schools Athletics, it did not take long for their organization to enthusiastically embrace the vision and start sharing the story. Tyler Media is a strong supporter of the communities they serve and we are extremely grateful for their partnership.

Cops helping kids succeed! The OKC Police Athletic League (OKC PAL) is a juvenile crime prevention program providing educational and athletic activities for all children, primarily those in high-risk neighborhoods. OKC PAL brings youth under the constructive influence of responsible adults and police officers who volunteer their time as positive role models. OKC PAL is dedicated to reducing crime by providing safe, healthy alternatives for children from high risk neighborhoods. PAL exists with the belief children can stay away from negative lifestyle choices such as gangs and drugs when offered positive, healthy alternatives. PAL is not like any other program. It is driven by a philosophy of teamwork, fair play, courtesy and consideration for others.
Founded in 2006, the Wes Welker Foundation is committed to helping "level the playing field for at-risk youth in Oklahoma City." A long-time supporter of Oklahoma City Public Schools Athletics, they have funded countless grants for uniforms and equipment and continue to play a significant role in the rebuilding of athletic fields through their partnership with Fields & Futures.
In 2014, the Wes Welker Foundation generously funded a new character recognition program titled ELEVATE, for all OKCPS middle and high schools sports teams. Their support will leave a lasting legacy for OKCPS student athletes.
